NATIVE FRG MINING

FAQ

Public statistics are read-only and do not require an account. The official pool is not yet verified for production. The planned pool fee is 1% of eligible pooled rewards.

Network hashrateUnavailable
Pool hashrateUnavailable
Pool miners (miners/workers)Unavailable
Solo miners (miners/workers)Unavailable

Solo miner totals require a separate opt-in or verified solo telemetry feed; not all independent miners can be observed. Statistics show “Unavailable” until native FRG metrics are verified.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use the project pool?

No. Solo mining and third-party pools remain permitted by consensus. The initial project pool is intended as a convenience, not a mining gatekeeper.

How much does the pool charge?

A proposed 1% operator fee on eligible pool rewards. Network transaction costs for payouts will be separately disclosed.

Is the pool limited to 100 miners?

The proposed maximum is 100 simultaneous worker connections, not necessarily 100 distinct people. Actual connection handling and throughput have not yet been load-tested.

What if I see no accepted shares?

Check network identity, correct FRG-compatible endpoint, wallet address, miner RandomX algorithm, TLS settings, connectivity, and rejection logs. A connected miner does not guarantee a valid share.

Why are estimated payouts different from actual payouts?

Mining is probabilistic. Rewards depend on accepted work, pool block discovery, confirmed main-chain blocks, PPLNS eligibility, fee deductions and payout rules.

What happens after another pool operator joins?

Miners may choose independent pools or solo mining. The initial project pool can retire after a public notice and payout reconciliation without changing ForgeCoin consensus.

Do I need an account to see my mining stats?

No. Enter your public FRG payout address in the mining statistics lookup. Once the verified pool API is deployed, its read-only data can be viewed without logging in. Private keys, seed phrases and passwords are never needed.
