Historical governance demonstration

This is not an active governance system, voter registry or staking program. Previous fixed-seat chamber, eligibility, bond, registration and vote demos are superseded historical experiments. The current proposal is 100% active community membership, with advisory-only voting and founder-led selection.

The proposed future governance model is 100% active community membership with advisory-only votes; the founder retains final selection authority. Any mFRG development remains optional and contingent on future community review. No binding elections, registration, voting privileges, treasury execution, staking rewards, wallet signing or identity collection operate here.
