Proposed uniform presale price
$0.12 USD-equivalent per mFRG for all purchasers, replacing the historical five-round schedule. Planned presale inventory: 5,000,000 mFRG out of 50,000,000 total supply. Maximum gross receipts if fully subscribed: $600,000, before fees, refunds, expenses and taxes. SOL and Solana USDC are proposed payment assets; SOL settlement requires validated time-limited USD exchange rates. No executable quotes are offered.

The founder's share is 10% of actual gross receipts, not a 10% allocation of token supply. Deferred proceeds are proposed to vest over six months; custody and legal implementation remain to be reviewed.
Intended 1:1 bridge and utility
ForgeCoin intends mFRG to represent eligible FRG on Solana at a 1 FRG : 1 mFRG fully backed redemption ratio, with faster Solana transfers, supported DEX markets, optional finite-reserve staking and use in ForgeCoin's Discover Your City game. Any presale mFRG claimed as redeemable must already have one independently verified native FRG available in reserve per token; SOL/USDC sale proceeds are not FRG collateral. The 50M SPL supply limits bridge capacity, and a 1:1 backing goal is not a guaranteed trading price.
Governance procedures, full native reserve audits, custody, Solana mint verification, independently reviewed bridging and legal/security approval are prerequisites. No mint, sale, bridge, redemption, staking, liquidity or game payment is active.
